What is the shipping fee?
In the entire territory of Lithuania, delivery to postal machines is always FREE for purchases over 30 euros. When buying up to 30 euros, the delivery price is 2.99 euros
In the entire territory of Lithuania, delivery by courier to your hand (home or office) is always FREE for purchases over 30 euros. When purchasing up to 30 euros, the delivery price is 3.99 euros.
What is the estimated delivery time?
In Lithuania, goods sent by courier service reach the addressee within 5-7 working days.
Do you ship overseas?
The goods are sent to all countries of the European Union by Lithuanian Post parcels. Shipping time is 1-2 weeks.
Can I pay on delivery?
If you have chosen payment on delivery, you can pay the courier in cash or by card upon delivery of the product to the address you specified. If possible, please have the exact amount shown on the invoice (without returns).

What are the possible reasons for returning goods?
○ the goods are defective;
○ goods arrived incomplete;
○ the goods do not correspond to the description of the ad;
○ you received the wrong product by mistake or not as you expected;
○ the item is unused, in the original packaging, unassembled/unpicked.
How long can the goods be returned?
Goods can be returned within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods.
Is it possible to return unsatisfied goods?
If the goods were used, but of good quality, and the buyer wants to return the unsatisfied used goods (no later than 14 days after receiving the goods), such a return is accepted, the seller pays the return costs, but returns 50 percent of the new value of such goods.
Who pays for the return costs?
The costs of returning the goods are paid by the seller.
How long does it take to get a refund?
Refunds are made within 5 working days of receiving the returned goods.
